What Does The Landscape Design Package Include?
- A Computer Generated FLY-THROUGH MOVIE, with screen text describing the proposed landscape;
- A COLOR-RENDERED, to-scale PLAN showing the proposed landscape;
- Plant list, notes, details;
How Much Does It Cost?
This design package is priced as follows: I work hourly, and set not-to-exceed limits on a project-by-project basis. The rate for creating a 3D model of the house and site is $25 per hour. The rate for planning and designing in the created 3D environment is $60 per hour. These are very competitive rates. After I meet with you and understand the scope of the design project, I'll create a contract proposal with a not-to-exceed fee. Anticipate this fee to be between $400 and $3,000; depending on the complexity of the design environment and your program for landscape improvement.
